Last Thursday, my husband and I celebrated Thanksgiving with another couple who are our best friends. It was an all-day event that started just before noon and ended minutes before Black Friday began. Among all of the eating, we enjoyed a few beverages.
Being Turkey Day, I wanted to have a festive drink to accompany our dishes. With cranberries practically synonymous with Thanksgiving, it seemed like a perfect taste to incorporate. Beer Review: Dogfish Head, Raison D’Etre

I’ve come to the conclusion that I seem to be enjoying Dogfish Head beers as of late. I still can’t, and never will, get into those insane IPA beers, but everything else they put out is exciting.
Case in point: Raison D’Etre, or Raison D as a clerk referred to it, an ale brewed with a sense of purpose, as the label states, and boy, they aren’t kidding around. On average Dogfish
