Not overly sappy but instead very crisp and refreshing. Picked up a six pack after identifying the berries (I was generally intrigued but seeing the beer made with marionberries from my dear sweet Oregon, I was convinced), I couldn't say no. I'm very much enjoying my six-pack and will probably pick up another during my next trip in case it's limited. I can't imagine a proper name for adding ice cream. Beer ala mode. Mmm.
