Boston Wine Expo 2010

January 21st, 2010 by Michele

A quick checklist for Parched No More readers:

  1. Do you live in New England?
  2. Do you enjoy wine?
  3. Would you like to sample wines from 450 different wineries?
  4. In addition, would you like to sample a variety of foods?
  5. Would you like to meet famous chefs and watch cooking demonstrations?
  6. Would you like to learn more about wines, whether you are a novice or a connoisseur?

If you answered yes to these questions, you should plan on attending the Boston Wine Expo this weekend, January 23rd and 24th, at the Seaport World Trade Center.  This annual event is a must-attend event for wine lovers.  For the price of admission, you have the ability to sample over 1,800 wines.  (Of course, we wouldn’t encourage sampling all 1,800 but would recommend choosing a responsible amount.)  In addition, you can reward your inner foodie by trying some tasty foods and watching celebrity chefs cook.  Plus, as part of the admission fee, you are able to attend seminars that will enhance your knowledge of wine.

With good winter weather forecast for Boston this weekend (meaning no snow but cool temperatures), it is the perfect weekend to head there and attend the Expo.  For more information about the Wine Expo or to purchase tickets, visit their website.
