Saranac 12 Beers of Summer

With summer coming to a close in a few short weeks, I had to squeeze in my last sampler before pulling out my long coat.  I present to you Saranac’s annual offering: six different beers, two bottles each, one convenient carry case.

Kolsch – This is the lightest in body and flavor of the whole pack, and I was impressed with their take on a traditional German favorite.  Light and refreshing, this beer is close in body to a Bud Light and tastes a lot better.  You can make converts with this style of beer.

Beer Review: Sam Adams’, Coastal Wheat

To mix it up a bit, I’m going to throw in a lighter beer to make us all wish it were 80 degrees and sunny outside.  I found this at one of my usual spots and thought I would give it a try.  Plus, I get tired of drinking dark beers in winter; you need to change it up after a while.
