Enough time has passed, and I thought it wise to review a Dogfish Head beer, since I enjoy most of their brews so much. A while back I tried this pale ale, and I was surprised in the best way possible. When it comes to pale ales, I find some of them can be hit or miss. Overall many taste the same, though some stand out, but it is hard to strike that balance between too bitter and not bitter enough. Enter Dogfish Head.
