Being a fan of reds, I sampled their Cabernet Sauvignon and found it to be pleasing to my palate. Keep in mind that I tried only a sample, maybe an ounce, so to try and explain all of the flavors present would be difficult. However, I can say that it was a solid cab and would make a delicious addition to dinner. Also, being at a wine expo one has to choose which wines to sample, so this was the only varietal from Sassy Bitch that I tried.

The good news is that Sassy Bitch wines come in four varietals: the aforementioned Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Chardonnay. All of their wines are from Chile and have been launched nationally as of this month.

In addition to having a great name and taste, these wines have a modest price tag. All four varietals are priced at $9.99. For that bargain price, how can you resist a Sassy Bitch?
